With well over twenty-five years of collective teaching experience in the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai, our instructors provide a well-rounded course of instruction in mixed martial arts with a focus on improving the overall being rather than teaching someone “how to fight.” In truth we teach our students “how not to fight.” Our course of study includes stretching exercises, a proven aid in long-term health maintenance, self-defense – including kicking, punching, joint locks, pressure points, grappling, and more.

Our Holbrook facility is has two large training areas and morning, afternoon and night classes to fit anyone’s busy schedule.

Private Instruction

Several of our seasoned instructors offer private classes to giving you the specialized instruction you need.

Shower

Our Holbrook and Riverhead facilities have a shower making it easy to keep clean after a tough class.

Acupuncture
