25+ years Judo Experience, earned his first degree black belt in 2006, currently a Sandan (3rd degree) rank with USJA and Godan (5th degree with Long Island Judo & Martial Arts.

Passionate instructor with a proven ability to teach Judo to students of all levels, from foundational ukemi (breakfalls) and Kodokan techniques to advanced throws, takedowns, and competition preparation.

Enjoys bridging the gap between Judo and BJJ: Offers a comprehensive Judo curriculum, teaching traditional Olympic-style throws and groundwork techniques while also emphasizing throws and groundwork techniques while also emphasizing throws and groundwork transitions that directly benefit BJJ practitioners.
